Before you enrol, you’ll need to consider your benefit needs. If your spouse has coverage, compare the two plans and see how you can receive up to 100% reimbursement by coordinating your benefits.

Re-enrolment begins on March 1
Your YouFlex benefits annual re-enrolment is your chance to decide whether your benefits continue to fit your life. You’ll re-enrol on the YouFlex benefits website. You will have until March 14 at 7:30 p.m. AT to make your choices.

Be sure to re-enrol before the deadline!- If you don’t re-enrol, your current choices will remain in place.
- You won’t be able to change your coverage until the next annual benefits re-enrolment period, unless you experience a qualifying Life Event.
Mark your calendar! Know what's happening and when.
- March 1—Annual re-enrolment begins! Get to the YouFlex benefits website by logging on to the People Portal and select the “Total Rewards” tile under "Organizational Updates". You’ll be taken to the new Total Rewards experience website. Select “Re-enrol now” under “Quick Links” at the top left of the landing page.
- March 14 at 7:30 p.m. AT—Annual re-enrolment ends
- May 1—New plan year begins
- July 29—Deadline for expenses incurred before May 1; Your health care, dental care and HCSA claim(s) must be received by Medavie Blue Cross by July 29.
